How to recognize DIN hydraulic fittings

Installation specification of DIN hydraulic fittings

1. Preparation before installation
Preparation: Ensure that the end of the tube or hose is clean, free of debris and cut at a right angle. All burrs should be removed to prevent damage to the fitting and sealing surfaces;
Clean the pipeline: use alcohol or high-pressure gas to remove impurities to avoid contamination of hydraulic fluid.

2. Installation steps of ferrule fittings
1. Pre-installation of ferrules: put in nuts and ferrules in order, insert them into the fitting body and tighten them manually, observe that the ferrules cut into the pipe wall about 0.10.3mm;
2. Formal tightening: use torque wrench to tighten according to the standard torque (e.g. φ12mm pipe needs 120N-m), and then rotate 1/4 turn to the torque surge point;
3. sealing test: pass in 1.5 times the working pressure fluid, hold pressure for 5 minutes without leakage.
